Watch my recent appearance on Fox 35’s Good Day with Heidi Hatch, discussing three simple ways to improve your indoor air quality.

The three tips are:

Open Your Windows  This is the easiest, cheapest and quickest way to clean your indoor air!  Simply open the windows a couple of inches throughout the house to draw outdoor air inside and to draw the toxic air out.

2.  Replace or Clean Your Air Filters  Check your home ventilation system for your specifc needs, but keep up to date on the cleaning or replacing schedule.

3.  Vacuum Toxins adhere to dust, so vacuum regularly, mop and dust to eliminate nasty chemicals from recirculating through the air every time the dust is kicked up.
